My Mission

When I started university, I struggled to find the right balance between training, studying, and having a social life. I wanted to make progress in the gym, but I also didn’t want to miss out on nights out, deadlines, or just enjoying uni life. It felt like I had to choose between getting results and having fun—until I realized that wasn’t true.

That’s why I created Grad Gains—to show students that you don’t have to sacrifice your social life to build strength, endurance, and confidence in the gym. With the right approach, you can hit your fitness goals, stay on top of your studies, and still enjoy uni life without guilt.
